Cars - Worth Watching

I did a bit of review-research before I caught this movie. People say it's funny and touching. And most of them actually say it's worth watching. So, I decided to catch it.

The first part was kind of draggy, and I thought it was getting no where. But after the halfway point, it got really good. And I mean it. The animation, storyline, and moral of the whole movie was really good. Got me thinking there quite a bit, about what really matters in life. A movie I would say is worth watching.

And this is without a doubt, my favourite character!

He is so so so cute. So so so so very funny, and so so so so so entertaining. I love this character so much. He made me laugh so much. And I like Pixar's way of showing a short 5 minutes animation before the movie starts. I initially thought I entered the wrong cinema. Lolx. And the ending was really funny (when the credits rolled), won't spoil it for you guys. Go catch it and see it. Whoa, I love this movie.

So, that basically summed up my monday. It was good that everything went well, and the movie was good, and catching it at The Cathay, was probably another reason that made me smile.

So, yesterday was a good day too! I came for youth, and worship was fantastic. Saw Jesus once again, and he was so nice. I'm not being dillusional, I know when the power of God is in our presence. I know I'm not the only one who felt him yesterday. Pastor's sermon actually was relatively short, amazing. There weren't too many subpoints, and the main point was very clear.

I stayed back a bit to help Pastor Heidi and the DREAM team to prepare for their to-die-for MTV (cool stuff). Lolx. It was fun seeing the effort they put in to make something happen. Good work guys (and gals)!

and the evil side of Justus..

Didn't manage to go out with the youths, because everyone left already. And anyway, Isaac wanted to meet up so I figured why not? He wasn't feeling too good, so I decided to meet up, and hopefully provide some comfort through his trying time.

We decided to have dinner because I haven't had anything the whole day. And guess where we went? TCC @ CR (Circular Road). Lolx. I never thought I would spend money at TCC, but that's where we had our fabulous dinner.

still looking good there!

yea.. looking good..

Azuki Freeze and Peach Me Up

Main Courses

So our main courses were Teriyaki Sabayon Salmon, and the Mongolian Chicken Chop. Both really good, and worth the money we spent. Remember the last time we had a meal together at TCC MW (Millenia Walk), Jerome and Jerald? I remember Jerald had the Mongolian Chicken Chop then too. Great minds tastebuds think taste alike. Lolx.

And so, we walked and walked. From Raffles Place all the way to Borders @ Orchard. Had a good time talking with Isaac about personal issues, and getting his perspective right. All I can say is, we both have matured so much.

Oh oh! And guess what we saw. I couldn't stop laughing for almost 10 minutes! Lol Lol Lolx.. Too funny to be true!

TCC ATM?!?!

Lolx. I couldn't believe Isaac spotted this. Amazing discovery aye? First we had dinner there, and now we see their ATM (I doubt it belongs to them anyway). Talk about coincidence.

We got home by cab, after a long and tiring evening. And on the cab I gave Isaac advice that I didn't know what I was talking about. The words that came out of my mouth were not mine. It was God speaking through me. And my voice was so different. Much sexier deeper. Lolx.

- personal note to God -

Erm, Father ah. Ask you ah.. Can you make my voice like last night in the cab. It sounded so good. So low and wise. Then hor, when you need me to tell people something, use my normal voice now (the higher pitched one). Can can? Please? That means you swap my voice with the one now la.

*begging eyes*

- end of note -

I hope God hears that. Lolx. And Isaac also identified that it wasn't me. Seriously, being the rather naive and immature person that I am, I couldn't have said such wise words. Or maybe, I have an alter ego that is indeed serious and wise. Hmm.

Ok, I'm ending the post here. Had a great weekend, and I know I'll have a good week ahead. You guys take care, drink more water, and never forget to encourage the people around you alright?

God Bless!
