Cheese Binge

The last few nights have been real good after dinner. After countless talks from my mom about cheese and how she and Gordon are on a cheese binge, I told her I wouldn't mind trying out. And I'm glad I did.

Cheese is fantastic. Yes, I mean those with mould, and look slimy and 'disgusting'. But honestly, blue cheeses are the priced ones. And I have become quite a connoisseur with regards to cheese. Maybe soon, I'll be one with wine too aye? Being a cultured person gets you on subjects that impress, and it's so true when my mom said 'enjoying food is an advantage when you socialize'. How true are these words. Having good knowledge on the F&B industry really impresses.

So 4 cheeses I tried.

Gorgonzola - the blue cheese from Italy
Smoked Cheddar - Intriguing
Emmental - Typically French
Tasty Gouda - My favourite

Delicious after-meals. I love to savour the rich flavour from each of them. To know more about cheese would also mean to further my knowledge in my field of expertise. So, it's planning for my future too. Lolx.

Another thing that I'm looking forward to is sewing. My mom has agreed to teach me stitching, and I want to progress to making my own Ts and shirts. Someday, I'll have a closet full of my own brand. How fun.

Ah, so many things to look forward to. I love my mom, she seems to talk about stuff I really love. Or maybe, it's because I choose to love what she talks about. Many teens face problems with communication because they may not understand what their parents talk about. I'm just so glad I've chosen to listen whenever my mom talks.

Great dinners every night. I never want it to stop. I want every night to be like that. I never want to ever quarrel with my mom. I never want her to be hurt, she means too much to me. And to think of it, we haven't argued for nearly 4 months now, which is absolutely fantastic.

That's about all I'm blogging about tonight. Been up to my neck in work, but been enjoying myself alot. And to you people who are asking who 'guest' is, the name's Matilda Pumpkins. So there, I've told you people ya? Lolx.

Good night to one and all.

God Bless!
