Back To Camp For 4 Days

These 3 days have been fabulous for me. I've spend Christmas with all the close ones, and even met up with a few that I haven't in ages. It's been a great time this festive season, and I am glad to know everyone enjoyed it as much as I did.

The best Christmas present I got was a mere card. But I would never have believed in my wildest dreams what I saw in it. As I opened up the card, there was a typed letter and then I saw orange notes. Yes, the first time I've seen not 1, not 2, but 5 of them!! That's a whooping $500!!

Gordon and Mom gave it to us both to start a savings plan. What an awesome Christmas present! For every dollar henceforth we save, they would do a 1-for-1. That means, if I decide to put in an extra $50/month, they would top up another $50! And every Christmas, we would get an extra $500 in the account.

OH MY GOODNESS

I still can't believe it la!! I've not touched so much cash that actually belongs to me. The catch is, if we do take out anything, it's also 1-for-1. So, we could have decided to use the $250 now, and $250 goes back to them.

WHO WOULD BE SO STUPID?

Lolx. I'm over the moon. Oh yes, and after 30 years old, the money will all belong to us!!

WAHAHAHAHA!!

Talk about Christmas presents, I'm truly blessed. Thank you Lord for wonderful parents, friends, and loved ones.

I'm going back to camp for another 4 days, and then it's another 4 days book-out!! Yay!! I can't wait to see everyone again on Sunday.

Oh yes, I'm looking forward to the video on the Missions Trip ah!! Lolx.

Miss Peter?

This will be my last post for a very long time. I know all of you are in Thailand, not knowing what's going to happen to me. Lolx.

Most of you will only see this when you all are back in Singapore. I had my reasons to keep it from all of you. I didn't want anyone to worry, that's why I didn't tell anyone except my immediate family, EQ, and Jon.

I tried to tell the others, but I couldn't bring myself to. I'm sorry guys.

Well, it's a beginning for new life anyways. Lolx. I have been thinking for the last 2 weeks though. That when I'm gone, will anyone miss me? I know I'll miss everyone.

Thank you everyone for making the last 2 weeks such a memorable one. Thank you for helping me create memories. I don't even know when's the next time I can take these kind of photos.

Aunty Anna, you're truly prophetic. You somehow sensed I was going to be gone for a long time. Thank you for the prayer that made me cry. Thank you EQ!!! For agreeing in prayer, and making me feel so happy the last few weeks.

Pastor, thanks for the prayer. I know the notice came late, but I really appreciate the prayer. You'll always be my bestest Pastor ever. Lolx.

Jon, thanks for meeting up. It was cool to know you've been doing well and all. It was good to have you around when I needed someone to talk to.

Isaac Tan! You called me one day before, and that is such a beautiful coincidence. Rather, I would acknowledge it as God's plan. For you to tell me more, and to talk to me before I left.

Aunty Doris, for calling me today! She, too, was wondering when I would be leaving. She was ever so nice to offer to meet up if I needed to ask her anything. I was extremely thankful for that.

And to everyone else (you know who you are), thank you for being part of my life. Thank you for being a blessing. I won't be seeing you guys for an insanely long time, but do know you'll be missed greatly.

I'm going on an adventure! (yea right.)

A new chapter in life. Heh. I hope this marks a whole new and stronger walk with the Lord.

After a hard day's work (5 hours mind you), we were off for dinner at Tampines Mall! So, EQ brought me to Kopitiam at Century Square for good Korean food! Wee~~!

Oh, and EQ went to shop for stuff! He bought socks, a wallet, a pair of jeans, and ziplock bags (original idea from Charlene). Not bad right!! He's quite a shopper too ya know.. Gals might want to bring him out shopping in the future..

The night was not over! We went over to Ken's house (Ya la, Ben's house also la), to play computer games (nothing but DotA), and to see Ken pack.

Oh, I stayed over while EQ could actually walk home from Ken's place. Yes, that's how close they live to each other. If you do notice, Ken's got a nice haircut! So, please tell him this fact for me because he doesn't believe it when I say it. Lolx.

Today!

We slept at 4am (yes kill me), and we woke up at 11am! Ok, not very bad considering I did get 7 hours of sweet sleep. Lolx.

After breakfast (fried bee hoon his dad cooked), we were off to meet EQ at East Point! Nothing much happened there, just that Ken had his contacts done up and all. And then, we were off for Potong Pasir!
